1894 : December 2: birth of Henri Grialou, at Le Gua in Aveyron

1905 : September: leaves home to study in the school of the Fathers of the Holy Spirit at Suse in Italy

1908 : October: at the minor seminary then at the major seminary of the diocese of Rodez

1913 : September: in the army-military service, followed by mobilization, until 1919

1922 : February 4: priestly ordination at Rodez

1922 : February 24: enters the Carmelite novitiate in Avon near Fontainebleau

1924 : August: ministry at the Carmelite convent in Lille

1928 : August 14: named superior of Petit Castelet at Tarascon in the south of France

1932 : March 19: prior of the Carmelite convent in Agen

1932 : foundation of Notre Dame de Vie Institute

1937 : April 17: elected Definitor General of the Order of Discalced Carmelites. He will stay in Rome until 1955.

1939 : September 2: called to service in the war, followed by apostolic activities in France until 1946.

1948 : February 23: Apostolic Visitor of the Carmels of France.

1948 : August 24: "Notre-Dame de Vie" becomes a Secular Institute of Diocesan Right.

1949 : publication of I Want to See God.

1951 : publication of I Am a Daughter of the Church.

1954 : March 10: "Vicar General" of the Order of Discalced Carmelites

1955 : definitive return to France. Prior of the convent of Petit Castelet.

1956 : 1st edition of I Want to See God in a single volume.

1957 : July 19: provincial of Avignon-Aquitaine (until 1960).

1961 : May 10: resides at Notre Dame de Vie.

1962 : August 24: Notre Dame de Vie Institute is recognized as of Pontifical Right.

1963 : May 4: reelected provincial of Avignon-Aquitaine (reelected in 1966)

1963 : August 26: first vows of lay men in the Institute

1964 : December 29: first vows of diocesan priests in the Institute

1967 : March 27: Decease, Easter Monday

1985 : April 7: opening of the cause of canonization
